1 lb. Penne pasta
1/2 cup julienned sun dried tomatoes (in oil or not)
Pesto (like DiGorno)
1 Red bell pepper diced
2 to 4 Grilled chicken breasts cubed
1 lb asparagus cut in 1 inch pieces
1/2 red onion diced
fresh basil chopped
Fresh parmasean cheese...a good one you grate yourself

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the penne pasta in boiling water. 5 minutes before it is done throw in the asparagus let cook with the pasta. Drain pasta & asparagus and put in large bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix. salt and pepper to taste. You can vary the amount of each ingredient according to your tastes. If it is too dry add some italian dressing. I like a lot of pesto, but the best thing about this recipe is that you make it the way you like.
