Ingredients:
1-8" pie crust (graham cracker or chocolate)
2 pkgs. chocolate pudding mix
whipping cream or RediWhip
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pudding according to package directions.
Allow pudding to cool for 10 minutes stirring twice.
Pour pudding into crust. Place plastic wrap over pie so that the wrap is directly on the top of the pudding. Remove air bubbles as well as possible (this helps prevent thickening of the top of the pudding). Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Prepare whipped cream by placing cream in a medium bowl. Whip using electric mixer on medium to high setting. Add vanilla extract and/or confectioner's sugar to taste. Continue whipping until cream stands in peaks.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Top pie with whipped cream when ready to serve. Additional decoration (chocolate sprinkles, colored sugar, crumbled candy canes, etc.) may be added if desired.
