1 pound lean ground beef
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1-2/3 cups stuffing (from mix or your own)
1 can mushroom soup
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef & evaporated milk and divide into 4 - 5 patties. Roll between plastic wrap into 5-6" circles. Prepare stuffing and put 1/3 cup in center of patty circles. Draw meat up to form a ball around the stuffing. Put seam side down in baking dish. Combine soup, ketchup & worcestershire sauce & pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 - 60 minutes.
