1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 egg
1 box corn muffin mix
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients together in mixing bowl and mix well. Bake at 350 in 8x11 inch casserole dish (you can spray with cooking spray if you like for easy cleanup) until a knife comes out clean in the middle, approximately 30 minutes. Makes 4 - 6 servings.
