12 poblano peppers
Kraft American Cheese, shredded
2 C flour
2 T baking soda
2 1/2 T sugar
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stick peppers with a toothpick or take a knife and make a small
slit. This will prevent them from exploding in the oven. Place
peppers on a baking sheet and cook at 400 for 20 minutes. Cool
and peel. Stuff cheese into peppers. Mix dry ingredients and
add enough milk to make a batter (not too thin). Dredge peppers
in mixture and fry until golden brown.
