1 lb. sirloin tip
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
4 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. Burgandy wine
1/4 c. oil
2 T. oil
3 green peppers - cut
2 stalks celery
1 onion
1 green onion

1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. sugar
1 T. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. soy sauce

Cut sirloin in strips. Mix next 5 ingredients. Pour over meat. Marinade at least 1 hour. Drain. Cook in remaining oil for 2 minutes. Remove beef. Add vegetables. Cook 5 minutes. Add beef. Stir in sauce. Great over rice.
