1 lb. thin veal cutlets
Flour
1/4 lb. butter
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. sweet sherry
1 c. tomato sauce
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 c. water
6 oz. mushroom pieces
Parsley
Basil
Minced garlic
Mozzarella cheese
Hot noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Roll veal cutlets and pound until flattened. Cut in about 4" strips. Roll in flour and brown quickly in butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix sherry, tomato sauce, bouillon, water, and mushrooms. Cover and simmer over low heat about 10 minutes or until tender. Top with grated cheese. Serve with noodles.
