1 lb lean ground beef
1 1/2 c whole kernal corn
1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 can sloppy joe sauce, 15 1/2 oz

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble ground beef into 10" skillet. Sprinkle corn over beef. Layer onion and potatoes on corn. Pour sloppy joe sauce over top. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 min. or until beef is no longer pink and potatoes are tender. Serves: 4
