2 eggs (separated)
2 c. milk
4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Fresh bacon fat for the waffle iron

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg yolks and milk. Sift dry ingredients together. Stir dry ingredients into milk mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
