2 c. sifted flour 1/4 c. sugar 3 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 c. oil 3/4 c. milk 1 egg Oil for frying
Sift dry ingredients into one bowl. Pour oil and milk into one cup. Add with egg to dry ingredients. Stir with fork until mixed. Drop by teasponfuls into deep hot oil. Fry until golden brown (5 minutes). Roll in cinnamon sugar.
