1-3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/3 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. nuts
1-1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. slt
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. mashed bananas (about 3)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients. Add together. Beat. Add bananas and nuts. Bake in ungreased loaf pan at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
