1 c. yellow corn meal
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. pimento
3 jalapenos, chopped
1/4 c. oil
1 - 8oz can whole corn, drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 8x8 square pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
