2/3 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped green onions
4 glasses water
3 tsp. Worcestshire sauce
1/2 tsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce
2 tsp. margarine
4 beef boullion cubes
black pepper and cumin seed to taste

Add all ingredients together. Boil 30 minutes.
