1 - 32oz. Kraut in glass jar, drained and rinsed
3 green onions, sliced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 small jar pimento peppers, chopped or sliced

Dressing:
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil dressing ingredients for 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves.

Mix all ingredients including dressing together and chill overnight. Stir up the next day and it's ready to eat!
