3 qt. zucchinni
5 onions
4 large green peppers
1/2 c. salt
3 c. apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. powdered mustard
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Slice vegetables and put in a large pot, add 1/2 c. salt, cover with ice for at least 5-6 hours. Drain well. Bring 3 c. apple cider vinager, 1/2 c. water and 2 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. powdered mustard to boil and simmer for 5 min. Pour brine over vegtables, and cool. Store in refrigerator. These can be stored up to 6 months in the refrigerator, they do not seal so refrigerate to keep.
