2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 - 14oz cans chili beans
1 - 14oz can diced tomato
2 - 8oz cans tomato sauce
6 tbsp. chili powder
1 to 2 tsp. ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown beef with onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Drain. Remove to deep pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium low heat for 30 minutes, adding water as needed.
