2 lbs. ground round, browned
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
2 small cans tomato sauce
16 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
Swiss cheese
Egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with green pepper and onion. Add tomato sauce. Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream together. Cook noodles until done. Layer noodles in 9 x 13 pan. then cream cheese, then meat mixture. Cover with swiss cheese. Bake until melted and hot.

Another family favorite. I used to make these, tripling the recipe and freeze them. I put them in the oven before we left for Primary (when it was during the week) and we had dinner when we got home!
