1 lb. ground beef
3 medium zucchini, sliced
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder
1 can green chilies
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. sour cream
2 c. Jack cheese, grated
1 large fresh tomato, sliced
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef, zucchini, onions and seasonings. Add green chilies, rice, sour cream and 1 c. cheese. Put in 2 quart buttered casserole. Arrange tomato slices on top. Salt and pepper. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
