Chicken, Spareribs or Pork pieces
4 T. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 C. pineapple juice
2 T. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. green pepper strips
1 can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. minced onion
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken or pork pieces. Or boil ribs 10 minutes, drain on towel.
Combine cornstarch, salt, brown sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice and soy sauce. Cook until thickened. Add chicken, green pepper and pineapple. Heat. Serve over hot rice.
