2 zucchini
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 T. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. onion
1 T. parsley
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Garlic powder
Pepper
1 egg, beaten
3 T. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash zucchini, cut off ends and in half lengthwise. Cook until tender. Scoop out pulp with spoon. Drain on paper towels. Chop pulp and add to beef, crumbs, seasonings and egg. Mix. Heap into shells. Arrange in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Or cook hamburger first, then combine with ingredients and cook just until cheese melts and zucchini is re-heated.
