4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
4 carrots, peeled and diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 15-oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 or 2 lbs. stew meat, cut into small pieces
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3 T. tapioca
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat and veggies in pot. Pour tomatoes on top. Mix together dry onion soup mix, tapioca and sugar and pour over top. Add 1/2 can of water.
In regular oven you bake at 250 for 5 - 7 hours, or 300 for 3 - 5 hours.
