1 T. olive oil
1 1/2 lb. sirloin, cubed
1/2 large onion, finely chopped
1 large green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 large red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 15-oz. can diced seasoned fresh cut tomatoes
(Del Monte with basil, garlic and oregano is good)
2 15-oz. cans black beans
1 T. chili powder
1 T. corn masa flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and brown sirloin over medium high heat. Add onion and cook, stirring constantly, until sauted. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients, and pour into crock pot. Slow cook on medium heat for several hours. Great with corn bread or corn fritters.
