1 lb. ground beef
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. smoked sausage, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans, undrained
1 (15 oz.) can lima beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 c. of ketchup
c. packed brown sugar
tsp. garlic powder
tsp. pepper
dash of worshershire sauce

*Can use any combination of your favorite beans!!

In a skillet, cook beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain. In slow cooker combine the remaining ingredients. Stir in beef mixture. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until heated through. Yields: 10 main dishes or 15-20 side dish servers.
