about 1 tsp water

Get a bowl to hold the eggs. Crack the eggs in the bowl. Then add water and beat with a fork or mixer until fluffy. Add salt and pepper and then pour in
heated skillet....be careful....it is hot! Stir until scrambled and cooked right.
