4 eggs
1 1/4 c sugar
pinch of salt
4 1/4 c milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk and pour over lightly beaten eggs and sugar. Strain into buttered custard cups. Set in pan of hot water to cover an inch on custard cups. Sprinkle nutmeg over the top. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. When done, remove from heat immediately.
