2 10 oz pkg frozen spinach 2 c shredded cheddar cheese 2/3 c milk 1/4 c chopped onion 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 c cooked rice 4 eggs beaten 1/4 c butter of margarine 2 tsp salt 1 tsp ground thyme
Chop and cook spinach according to directions; drain well, squeezing out excess liquid. Combine rest of ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into greased 13x9" baking dish. Cover and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more or until set.
