1 large head cabbage shredded
6 tbsp butter, divided
8 oz processed cheese, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c dried bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cabbage in salted water till tender. In skillet, sautÚ onion in 5 tbsp butter. Add soup, mix well. Add cheese, stir till melted. Move from heat. Stir in cabbage, salt and pepper. Put in 2 qt. baking dish. In small skillet, cook and stir crumbs in butter till lightly browned. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered at 350║ for 20-30 minutes till heated thoroughly.
