1 package devil's food cake mix
1 pint whipping cream
8 ounces cream cheese
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated unsweetened chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to package directions and bake in two 8" or 9" cake pans. Cool. Beat whipping cream until stiff. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla & salt. Fold cream cheese mixture into whipping cream. Split each cake layer in half horizontally. Fill first layer with 1/4th of the cream cheese mixture, then sprinkle with grated chocolate. Repeat with other layers, stacking on top of each other. Refrigerate, covered at least 8 hours.
