1 pound asparagus spears
1 cup sliced carrots
1 sliced sweet onion
1/2 sliced red pepper
1/2 sliced yellow, orange or green pepper
1 cup broccoli flowers
1/2 cup spinach
6 - 8 ounces sliced mushrooms.
1 tablespoon Canadian steak seasoning (coarse pepper, salt & minced garlic)
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary

Place vegetables in a ziplock bag, mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables to coat. Put in baking dish and bake at 350 for 10 minutes, then at 400 for 10 minutes. ENJOY.
