1-1/2 C. instant Rice
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 C. Water
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 cut up Fryer Chicken or 6 Chicken Thighs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice with the 2 cans of soup and 1/2 cup of water in a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with half pkg. onion soup mix. Place chicken on top of rice mixture and sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake for 2-12 hours at 325 degrees. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes to help crisp up chicken crust if you like.
