2 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 C. Onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 lg. Egg
8 -10 Saltine Crackers, crushed
2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl, roll into 1 inch balls. Fry or bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes.
