2 small Onions, sliced
3 lbs. Round Steak, fat trimmed, cut to serving size
1 envelope Brown Gravy Mix
1 - 12 oz. can V-8 Vegetable Juice
2 Stalks Celery, cut into 1/2 in. slices

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet with small amount of oil sear meat on both sides. Layer onion and meat in slow cooker. Sprinkle with gravy mix, pour V-8 over all. Add celery. Cover and cook on low 8 - 10 hours. Serve.
