4 medium Sweet Potatoes, peel, cut into 1/2 in slices
2-1/2 lbs. Pork Shoulder Roast, boneless
1/2 C. packed Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp. Cayenne
2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 Clove Garlic, finely chopped

Place potatoes in cooker, put Pork on top. In small bowl, mix seasonings and sprinkle over meat and potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8 -10 hours.
