1-1/2 lbs. bone in, skinless Chicken Thigh
1 -4.5 oz. jar Mushrooms
1 - 6 oz. can Italian Tomato Paste
1 - 14 oz. can Chicken Broth
1 Bay Leaf
1/2 tsp. Sage
12 oz. uncooked Spaghetti
1/4 tsp. Thyme
1 T. Cornstarch
Shredded Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in slow cooker. Add mushrooms, tomato paste, chicken broth, bay leaf and sage. Cover and cook on low for 8 -10 hours. Remove chicken and keep warm. Switch cooker to high setting, stir in the thyme. Remove 1/4 cup of sauce from the cooker, mix with cornstarch. Stir into sauce in slow cooker. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stir frequently. Remove bay leaf. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
