2 lg. Red Onions, sliced
2 T. packed Brown Sugar
2 T. Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Beef granules
2-1/2 lbs. Round Steak, trim fat, cut to serving size
1 T. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion in slow cooker, top with brown sugar, vinegar, salt and beef granules. Sear steak in small of oil in skillet. Add to slow cooker, sprinkle with flour. Cover and cook on low 7 - 8 hours. Serve with cooked egg noodles.
