5 or 6 medium potatoes
1/2 stick butter
6 to 8 slices velvetta cheese
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Dice potatoes, cover with water and boil until done and water has a milky color and a little thick. Add rest of the ingredients. Bring back to boil-if not thick enough, you can continue to cook until desired consistence.
