3-4 lb. pot roast
1- 8oz. bottle Red French dressing
3c. water
8 small onions
8 small potatoes
2T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in 1/4c. dressing. Add remaining dressing and 1/2c. water. Cover; simmer 2 hours and 15 minutes. Add onions and potatoes. Continue simmering 45 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender. Remove meat and vegetables to server.
Gradually add remaining water to flour, stirring until blended. Gradually add flour mixture to hot liquid in pan; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens. Simmer three minutes stirring constantly.
Serve with meat and vegetables. For 8 to enjoy!
