2 or 3 Zucchini Squash
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 C. Milk
Flour, to roll squash
Salt and Pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and slice zucchini, do not peel. Roll in flour, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix egg and milk in small bowl. Dip floured zucchini in egg mix, then roll in flour again. Heat oil in skillet. Place slices in hot oil and cook until
one side is golden brown, (about 2 minutes) turn and brown other side.
When both sides have browned, remove from skillet with slotted spatula and place on paper towels to drain. Serve warm.
