Ingredients:
3 lbs. Sausage ( plain, hot, smoked ,or according to your taste, I some mix)
32 oz. Jar of Apricot jam
4 Tbsp. Mustard (prepared )

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage into chunks, and boil for a few minutes to remove excess fat ( if you have the lean variety, this step is not necessary). Mix jam and mustard in slow cook, add sausage and simmer on low for at least an hour or more to blend the flavors. Very good dish for a pot luck as it can be prepared ahead and keep warm.
