1 broiler-fryer (2 - 3 lb.) cut up
1/3 cup all purpose flour
2 Tbsp. Oil
2 medium onions thinly sliced
1 cup water
1 cube chicken bouillon
2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Paprika
1/8 tsp. Pepper
cup sour cream
parsley spring for garnish
Cooked Rice to serve 6

Coat chicken with flour, reserving remaining flour. Put oil in 12 inch skillet over high heat. When oil is hot, brown chicken: remove from skillet. Put onions in drippings, stir onions, add remaining flour, cook for 2 minutes. Stir in water, bouillon, salt, paprika, and pepper. Add chicken, reduce heat to medium and cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until chicken is tender, turning once. When chicken is done, remove to large platter. Spoon fat from gravy in pan, stir in sour cream. Serve chicken over rice with gravy spooned the over top.
