1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup sour skim milk or buttermilk
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and honey together. Mix all dry ingredients also oats and nuts. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients. Beat honey mixture in sour milk, egg and vanilla until well blended and add to dry ingredients. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
