2 packages dry yeast
2-1/2 cup warm water
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
8-1/2 cups flour
2-1/2 teaspoons salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in water - add sugar, oil, eggs, salt and 4 cups flour. Mix well - stir in remaining flour working last 2 cups by hand (will be soft dough). Cover tightly. Store in refrigerator overnight or until needed. Will keep 2 or 3 days. Let rolls raise on greased sheets until double. Bake at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes.
