2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1 egg
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
To well beaten egg, add milk. Cut butter into dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness cut into rounds spread with melted butter and fold over envelope fashion. Place in greased pan spread top with melted butter and prick with fork. Bake in hot oven for 15 minutes (400)
