1/2 cup butter or oleo
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 cups finely cut rhubarb
TOPPING
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup coconut
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar. Add egg & vanilla. Stir to mix. Add dry ingredients and milk. Fold in rhubarb. Put in 9" x 13" pan. Mix topping ingredients and spread on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until it tests done.
