1-1/3 cups flour
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons milk
1 pound frozen chopped spinach
4 slightly beaten eggs
1/2-1 cup shredded cheese
3 finely chopped green onions
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 cup cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of coarse pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar & salt and put in 9" pie plate.
Whip salad oil & milk, pour over flour, mix until damp. Press in pie plate. Steam spinach 3 minutes & squeeze dry. Combine spinach, eggs, cheese, green onions, cinnamon, cooking oil, salt & pepper. Pour over crust. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in 325 oven for 40 minutes.
