1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups cut-up cooked turkey
1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
2 medium stalks celery, sliced (about 1 cup)
1 cup seedless grapes or 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Add turkey, almonds and celery; toss. Stir grapes into salad just before serving. Serve on salad greens if desired.
