1 lb. ground beef
1 cup quick oats
1 small onion, chopped
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup water
3 large green bell peppers halved and seeded.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first eight ingredients and stuff peppers with mixture. Place in glass casserole. Cover with cellophane and microwave on roast for 22 to 24 minutes. Top with tomato sauce and shredded cheddar cheese, let stand for 5 minutes then serve.
