4 c. diced chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
8 oz. frozen peas (uncooked)
1 c. mayonnaise (optional; I don't put this in)
1 box Stove Top stuffing, prepare as directed (or use your own)
1 box jumbo shells, cooked according to directions
2 cans mushroom soup
1 soup can water

Combine soup and water; set aside. Mix first 6 ingredients; stuff cooked shells with mixture. Put shells in 9x13 inch pan in a single layer. Pour mushroom soup over shells. Bake 45 minutes at 350 (glass) or 375 (metal).

Freezes well. To freeze, don't put mushroom sauce on until you remove from freezer. Should make 25 to 30 stuffed shells.
