8 chicken thighs or 4 small chicken breast halves, skin removed.
1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
2 tbsp. cidar vinegar
1 tsp. canola oil or olive oil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
2 tbsp. sliced green onion

Directions:

Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towel and place in a zip lock bag; set aside.
Stir together mustard, vinegar, oil, thyme, garlic and red pepper. Pour over chichen and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator 4 to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat grill for direct cooking. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Place chicken bone side up on grill rack. Grill over med. heat for 25 to 35 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once. Sprinkle chicken with green onion before serving.
