1 lb. imitation crabmeat
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 T. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. tabasco sauce
1/2 small green pepper, chopped
4 scallions choppped
1 t. minced pimento
2 large eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 t. pepper
1 9 or 10 inch deep dish pie shell

Bake pie shell for 10 minutes at 350 Combine all ingredients, pour in the pie shell and bake for 45-55 minutes. Let set for 5-10 minutes prior to serving
